What My Clients Say

My Approach
I love helping people get to the heart of what they want to say. And say it in a way that creates connection. To do this work, I build on a foundation of:
Systems Thinking
Moving beyond polarization to embrace complexity and interconnection, pattern recognition and effective decision-making.
Emotional Intelligence
Communication that is rooted in somatic wisdom, the ability to emotionally self-regulate, and to listen (and act) with empathy.
Narrative Framing
Merging the values of systems thinking with emotional intelligence to create clear and behavior-changing communication.

I hold a Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies, with a focus on integral theory and storytelling. I have training in somatic leadership from the Strozzi Institute, Philip Shepherd’s Embodied Present Process, Horse Assisted Education for leadership development with Alyssa Aubrey, and the late postmodern dancer and choreographer Anna Halprin. As a certified mediator, I love helping people bridge differences to elevate new ideas and solutions.
Parallel to my professional life, I have served as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for foster youth and I have been a foster parent. That journey has allowed me to develop nuance and sensitivity in my communication practices, which I find enrich and deepen all of my work.
